Victory Resources (TSX : VR) just published the Stage I geophysical results from a drilling project announced in May, 2011. Core samples from four diamond drill holes south of the Reforma Mine were analyzed to determine the southward expansion of their Reforma property’s ore zone. Victory Resources has managed to acquire the Reforma property, a once operating mine rich in Zinc, Silver, Lead and Copper with Gold credits. At the time, it was one of Penoles’ richest operating mines. It was shut down in 1980 due to labor problems and metal prices. The plan is to re-open the mine using modern mining technology.
